1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RCV ("the Service"), available at https://www.rcv.lt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Description of Service

RCV is a portfolio and project management platform that enables users to showcase their work, manage projects, and connect with clients. The Service may include features such as user profiles, project galleries, client management, and other functionalities as we may introduce from time to time.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You can register using your email and password or through Google OAuth authentication. By using Google OAuth, you authorize us to access your Google email address and basic profile information as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you are responsible for the following:

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. This includes:

  • Keeping your password secure and not sharing it with any third party.
  • Immediately notifying us at yuzamarde@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
  • Ensuring that your Google account linked via OAuth remains secure, as we rely on Google's authentication mechanisms to verify your identity.
  • Accepting full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

4.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Service.
  • Use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.

4.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, publish, or display through the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and share such content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RCV and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Indonesia and foreign countries.

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely in connection with the operation of the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RCV and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and course of dealing.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indonesia. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.

In the event any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under Indonesian law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
